Great knee pad, it definitely last longer then the rudis knee pads
I ordered the L/XL and I weigh about 165lbs. I previously had the adidas knee pads and this one is a lot more comfortable, stays up better, and covers more surface area.
I purchased these because my child outgrew his padded sleeves and I wanted to keep his knees from getting too banged up in practice. He’s about 100lbs and the S/M fit him great with no slippage throughout the last few practices.
