How long does the process take?
Custom team bulk orders are usually turned around in 4-5 weeks. We always work as diligently as possible to see if we can get them to you even quicker.
Who ships the products to my team/customers?
If you place a bulk order, we ship them right to the coach. If you do a custom team store, all orders will ship directly to the buyers.
Can I order the Teamwear you’ve created for others?
If someone’s team store is open, you’re more than welcome to place an order unless otherwise noted. However, we can not create special one-off’s with existing client’s artworks.
Will you design my gear?
Yes, we will design your gear at no cost to you once we receive a commitment from the coach. We will not provide designs for the shopping around process.
What’s the difference between a Team Store and Bulk Order?
Bulk Orders are ordered by the coach and we often provide a bulk order discount. Team stores are created and “opened up” for customer orders for 7-10 days. The end customer buys and pays for all orders.
How do returns work?
There are no returns on custom team wear.
