CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX OR AN APO OR FPO ADDRESS?

Yes!  FedEx SmartPost® uses the United States Postal Service for final delivery to every residence in the US, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations.


HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Customers can choose between standard ground shipping or expedited two-day shipping. Ship times are based on business days, Monday thru Friday, and exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that we can only accommodate address changes/corrections prior to the orders leaving the warehouse - FedEx SmartPost is unable to reroute packages in their possession.


HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Standard shipping is free for orders of $99 or more. There is a flat rate of $8.99 for orders under $99. Expedited 2-day shipping is available for $30.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

While most orders usually ship within 3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process before shipping. Actual processing time varies based on current sales volume and stock availability. Please note that shipping days do not include processing time.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been received at the FedEx facility, ScrapLife will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your reference. If you believe you may not have received your shipping confirmation, please make sure that ScrapLife.com is an accepted email address and check your spam folder.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We’re always exploring ways to expand our business, but at this time, ScrapLife is only licensed to sell within the United States.

UPS is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APOs/FPOs. All orders must be shipped to a street address.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your custom order will ship approximately 4-5 weeks from the date your team store closes. Please note that if your team store closing date was extended, your projected delivery time will be based on the later date.

I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL DELIVERY. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REST OF MY ORDER?

Occasionally, certain uniform pieces are shipped directly to the coach at the coach’s request. If you are missing an item or items, please check with your coach.
