Return Policy


We are happy to accept returns for items purchased from within 30 days of receipt of your order. Apparel items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags on).  Shoes must be returned with all original packaging.  Please use an outer bag or container to ship back shoes - we do not recommend using the shoebox as the shipping container as refunds may be denied.  All returns must be accompanied by either the packing slip or order/shipping confirmation.

In the event that your returned item does not qualify for a refund, ScrapLife is not responsible for sending the item back to you.  Please be sure to read the full policy before initiating your return.

We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery.


  • ScrapLife eGift cards cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase.
  • Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • ScrapLife custom teamwear purchases are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.  You will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund.  Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for your bank/credit card company to register the credit.  We will refund shipping only in cases where you received a damaged or defective item.  We cannot refund shipping for size returns.  

If your original order qualified for free shipping but would not qualify after taking into account your return(s), you will be refunded for the item(s) returned LESS the standard shipping cost of $9.99.


If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of original purchase date and we’ll take steps to make it right.


We do not offer exchanges through at this time. If you’d like an item in another size or color, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order on If the price has changed, contact us and we’ll match the price you originally paid.


Please be advised that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom teamwear, as all bulk orders and team store items are produced custom to order based on the exact quantities and sizes purchased on the team store (we do not order, produce or stock extra pieces with custom logos). Custom teamwear items returned to our retail address will not be refunded or returned.
