We are happy to accept returns for items purchased from ScrapLife.com within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags on) and accompanied by either the packing slip or order confirmation.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
ScrapLife.com refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. Please note that it can take an additional 3-5 business days before your refund is posted depending on your financial institution.
If your original order qualified for free shipping but would not after taking into account your return(s), you will be refunded for the item(s) returned LESS the standard shipping cost of $8.99.
INCORRECT/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of original purchase date and we’ll take steps to make it right.
We do not offer exchanges through ScrapLife.com at this time. If you’d like an item in another size or color, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order on ScrapLife.com. If the price has changed, contact us and we’ll match the price you originally paid.
Please be advised that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom teamwear, as all bulk orders and team store items are produced custom to order based on the exact quantities and sizes purchased on the team store (we do not order, produce or stock extra pieces with custom logos). Custom teamwear items returned to our retail address will not be refunded or returned.
