  • How Can I Track The Status Of My Order?
  • Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the UPS shipping service used to send your package as well as the tracking number. You can visit the UPS website and enter the tracking number to check on the delivery status of your package.
  • How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
  • Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days from the date it was placed (pending stock availability). Once shipped, you can use your tracking info to see estimated arrival on the UPS website..  

  • Note: If the billing address does not match the shipping address, ScrapLife has the right to hold your package until verification has been made. Please read the section for further information.

  • What Is Your Return Policy?
  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unwanted items to our warehouse within 30 days of your order date for a refund. The 30-day mark will be calculated by the original purchase delivery date as stated on the tracking record of your shipment. Please read our Return Policy for detailed information regarding what can and cannot be returned. Please remember that all Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or site credit.

  • The Item I Ordered Was Damaged, What Should I Do?

  • Do You Offer The Purchase Of Gift Cards?
  • Yes, you can purchase online egift cards good for purchases on Please note that we do not sell or accept Under Armour gift cards.

  • Can I Order By Phone, Email, Mail, Or Fax?

  • Can I Make Any Changes Or Cancellations To My Order?
  • Since we usually have a short fulfillment window, we are not always able to make changes and/or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at and we'll do our best to accommodate you if possible.

  • An Item I Wanted Is Out Stock. Will You Get More In?
  • Out of stock or back-ordered items will be restocked as quickly as possible. Please note that Outlet items will not be restocked.


  • What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
  • We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept gift cards. 

  • We do not accept international credit cards, cash, CODs, personal or business checks, money orders, gift certificates or Under Armour gift cards. 


  • The Tracking Number Says That My Order Has Been Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It Yet.  What Do I Do?
  • Please contact the shipping carrier immediately and be prepared to provide them with your tracking number. After speaking with the shipping carrier, please email us at and include your order # so that we can document the situation and assist you in recovering the lost package.

  • Do You Ship To PO Boxes, APOs And FPOs?
  • UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
